Thank you for shopping with Jeminise. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, processing includes order verification, customization, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Standard Processing Time

  • Personalized Products: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Personalized Products: 1–3 business days

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing may require additional time.

Processing begins only after your order has been confirmed.


2. Business Days

Business days refer to Monday through Friday.

We do not process or ship orders on:

  • Saturdays

  • Sundays

  • U.S. Federal Holidays

Orders placed outside business hours will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • United Kingdom

  • Most European countries

Additional countries may become available over time.

Some regions or territories may not be eligible for delivery.


4. Shipping Methods

Available shipping options may include:

5. Shipping Carriers

7. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after shipment:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 12–14 business days

International

  • Generally 16–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


8. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note the difference:

Processing Time

  • Time required for production, personalization, quality inspection, packaging, and preparing your order.

Shipping Time

  • Time required for the carrier to transport your package after shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


9. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $79 USD or more.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Expedited shipping

  • International orders

  • Remote delivery areas

  • Oversized products

  • Special shipping promotions unless stated otherwise


10. Areas We Cannot Ship To

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers)

  • APO/FPO addresses (where unsupported)

  • Countries under shipping restrictions

  • Regions prohibited by carrier regulations

Orders to unsupported destinations may be cancelled and refunded.


11. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

Tracking information may require 24–72 hours to become active.


12. Delayed Deliveries

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • High shipping volume

  • Holidays

  • Force majeure events

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team.


13. Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms the package has been lost, please contact us.

After verification, we may:

  • Ship a replacement

  • Issue a refund

  • Work with the carrier to resolve the issue


14. Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please:

  • Check around your property

  • Check with household members

  • Ask nearby neighbors

  • Contact your local carrier

If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Although we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered, we will assist in filing carrier claims whenever possible.


15. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Any additional supporting images or videos

This information helps us process replacement or compensation requests.


16. Address Changes

Shipping addresses may only be changed before the order has entered production or shipment.

Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address modifications.


17. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Please verify:

  • Street address

  • Apartment or suite number

  • ZIP / Postal code

  • City

  • State

  • Country

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


18. Returned Packages

Packages returned because of:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Customers are responsible for any applicable reshipping fees unless the error was caused by us.


19. Multiple Shipments

Large orders or orders containing products from different production facilities may be shipped separately.

You may receive:

  • Multiple tracking numbers

  • Multiple delivery dates

No additional shipping fee will be charged for split shipments unless otherwise stated.


20. Backordered Items

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after purchase, we may:

  • Hold the order until inventory is available

  • Ship available items first

  • Contact you regarding available options


21. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will display an estimated shipping date on the product page.

Estimated dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics conditions.


22. International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs clearance

  • Local postal service

  • Carrier availability

Estimated delivery:

7–20 business days after shipment.


23. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other government charges

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer's responsibility.


24. DDP and DAP

Unless specifically indicated during checkout, international shipments are generally sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, or brokerage fees required by their local authorities.

If DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is offered for certain destinations, all applicable import duties and taxes will be collected before delivery or paid by us as indicated during checkout.


25. Customs Delays

Customs inspections may extend delivery times.

These delays are outside our direct control and are not considered shipping failures.


26. When We Cannot Meet Delivery Commitments

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to inventory shortages, production issues, shipping restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly.

You may choose to:

  • Wait for the updated delivery date

  • Select an alternative product

  • Cancel your order

  • Receive a full refund
